At CHADMAX AI, we respect your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle "Face Data" and personal information to ensure total transparency.
When you use our "AI Scan", we collect facial geometry data (landmarks, symmetry proportions, and skin texture) from the photos you upload. This is strictly "Face Data" for analysis.
We use Face Data solely to calculate aesthetic scores and provide personalized grooming recommendations. We do NOT use this data for identification, advertising, or training AI models.
Photos are processed via OpenAI API (GPT-4o). OpenAI does not use data submitted via API to train their models. We never sell or rent your face data to any third parties.
Images are temporarily cached in a secure, encrypted Supabase bucket solely for transmission. All data is protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption during transit.
CHADMAX AI does not retain face data. All uploaded photos are stored temporarily for a maximum of 60 seconds. This specific duration is required solely to facilitate the technical transmission and processing of the image to generate your analysis report. We do not store face data indefinitely; all information is permanently and automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the processing is complete. We do not maintain a database of user faces.
Since we don't store photos permanently, there's no database to delete from. However, you can withdraw consent by not uploading photos. For inquiries, contact: chadmax.support@gmail.com.
This policy complies with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1/5.1.2, GDPR, and CCPA regarding the processing of biometric and personal data.

By downloading, accessing, or using CHADMAX AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CHADMAX AI provides AI-based facial analysis using secure third-party processing (OpenAI API).
By using the "AI Scan" feature and uploading a photograph, you explicitly
consent to:
• Transmission of your photo to our secure provider (OpenAI) for aesthetic analysis.
• This processing is ephemeral: data is processed and immediately deleted.
• This is essential for the app's core functionality.
CHADMAX AI is for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 13 years old. You represent that you own or have the rights to the photographs you upload.
CHADMAX AI is not liable for results provided by the AI analysis. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy regarding ephemeral data retention.
